Do my customers receive proofs?
We have an online pre-flighting tool available in the store before checkout. Your customer can preview and approve the layout and make sure the file is in the correct format (CMYK instead of RGB) before checking out. If there are any issues passed that it is up to the customer or the owner of the site to correct the artwork.
* It is important that you check all files before pushing orders to 4over. All orders that are pushed to 4over go directly to production.
