Does Each User Have to Register For an Account to Place an Order? Is There a Guest Check Out?

In order to process an order and checkout, a user must have an account. Each user can set up an account or they can set up one account login for all end-user reps. Unfortunately there is no guest check out.

An end user can browse through the site and view the pricing without having an account.
They will see the retail pricing tier on your store as the browse as a guest.
They will be guided to the registration page once they try adding a product to the shopping cart.
