How can I fulfill the custom quote?


There are a few steps to take to have a custom quote ready for print once a custom quote job has been requested. When on the orders detail page and follow the instructions on the top. ​You first would update the quote status to "In Progress." Second, you would click on "Fulfill Quote." After you have complete the fulfill section, you would change the "In Progress" status to " Ready to Order." I went ahead and created a custom order on our end to show you the steps. (There are a few steps in the Fulfill Quote section and I will show you that as well).


In this section, you would need to enter a Product Name. If you get to the bottom of the dropdown, you will be able to enter a custom name. If any of the bottom actions apply, you may go ahead and select them. If not, leave it blank. Once you have gone through that section, you would apply your SF cost and Price in the Quantity section. After, you will enter the field for Print Turnaround. Make sure the Cutoff Time, Production Time, and Turnaround Time is filled in (if you do not see the option for Print Turnaround, you may need to insert that option). 


You then would make the necessary changes to the shipping or address if any were needed, and then save. 


From here you would go ahead and change the "In Progress" status to "Ready To Order" and then save. Once you have saved it, your customer will receive an email. From there, your customer would follow the link and will be ready to order the product. Once ordered, your customer will receive a job number.
