Step 1: To cancel an order in your admin, you will first have to locate the job by going to the "orders/quotes" section in the admin or search for the job number.
Step 2: One you locate the job then update the job status to "Void" and save the order
( Please Note: If the order has been pushed through to 4over you will have to contact 4over directly to cancel the order as well).
Step 3: To issue the refund you will have to go to your merchant provider and issue the refund there.
You can also issue a store credit instead of issuing a refund directly to the card as well by going to the Edit Customer's Contact Information, adding in a Store Credit amount and then saving.
