How Do I Control The Contact Reminder Notifications?

Contacts can receive automated reminder notifications via Email and SMS to let them know if they have Abandoned carts, Quotes waiting for them to reply or order, Orders on hold, and design orders on hold. These reminders can be set to notify them daily, weekly, monthly or disabled.

By default, Abandoned cart reminders go out weekly.

Contacts must have "Do Not Email" turned off in order to receive email notifications.

You are unable to edit the notifications sent out. They are universal for all stores.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
  2. Browse to a contact's profile and edit the contact with the cog/gear icon from the contact profile page.
  3. Click the Email / SMS tab
  4. Set the reminders to the frequency that you would like them to go out and click save.
