Click Insert New Navigation Menu
Select a Label - this is what will display on your storefront

Select a Menu Type - Choices are Top or Left

Top menus are the menus that display on the header menu (the one at the top)

Default menus are Home, My Profile, Customer Support & Services

Left menus are the menus the display in the left navigation

Default menus are Services and Quick Links

Some menus have sub-menus by default. Once a new menu is created you will have the ability to add a sub-menu

If you would like to get the default menus to become active again simply disable your custom menus and the default menus will reappear
