You may add your UPS/FedEx account info by going to Main Menu> Settings > Settings Category> Shipping Settings, at that point you can add your UPS/FedEx account information.

Login to your administration panel

Go to the Product Details page of the custom product.
Click "Mass Boxes Edit"
Select a box size from the drop down menu. (If you need a box size not on the menu you will need to place a ticket for us to add the new box size.)
Width -
Height -
Length -
Max Weight - The maximum weight of this size of box (in pounds.)
If there is one box of 1000 qtny you would just need to fill out one set of box size and weight. If there are two boxes for the same qtny you would need to fill out the 2nd box info along with the first. See screen shot for reference.
