      How Do I Get To The Sample Reports?

      Step-by-step guide

      View detailed reports on requested sample packs by your customers. Determine whether your sample packs converted to sales.
      1. Log in to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
      2. Click "Reports" on the left-hand navigation
      3. Select "Sample Report"
      4. Select the Report you want to run and adjust the date range if you feel the need.

      • Requested Pending -  Shows all Sample Requests that have not yet been fulfilled. From here you can see a full list of sample requests and also set them to sent.
      • Requested Sent - Shows all Sample Requests that have been marked Sent.
      • Requested Both - Shows both of the above.
      • Sample Pack Follow Up - Shows customers who need a Sample Pack follow-up.
      • Sample Pack Stats - Shows detailed statistics on Sample Packs including an average number of requests and the percent of sample packs that converted into orders.
