How do I Manually Pre-Flight an art file in the Admin?
This is a step-by-step guide on how to do Manually bypass the system pre-flighting tool, and upload your own pre-flighted files on orders that you are having issues with the artwork for whatever reason. The steps to accomplish this are the following:
1) Go to the order details page of the order in your Admin
2) Uncheck The "Files Pre-Flighted" box
3) Download the Clients Original artwork
4) Delete The Original Artwork file(s) AFTER you have downloaded them
5) Pre-flight the files offline ON YOUR END
6) Re-upload your pre-flighted file(s)
You will not see a thumbnail image or the art info once you upload the newly pre-flighted files.
You will however have access to download the pre-flighted file(s) on the order details page.
Please place a support ticket if you have any questions.
