How To Change The Tier Levels For Customers
When customers register to your storefront they will automatically be assigned to the Retail tier pricing. As the admin owner, you will be able to assign different tier levels to individual customers which will have different markup pricing.
Current tiers that are available:
- Corporate, Retail, T1-T6
Steps on how to change the tier in the customer's profile:
1. Click on the Contacts tab
2. Click on Browse All
3. Find your customer and click edit
4. Locate default tier
5. Select the tier you wish to assign the customer to
6. Save
