Pricing tiers are similar to loyalty levels at 4over. Tier pricing is set up so you can give your customers different pricing structures if you wish. You can have different mark up levels for each pricing tier. This would be beneficial for a customer that orders from you frequently as you can assign them to a tier level with lower pricing to reward them for their loyalty.

Please keep in mind that you do not have to mark up any other pricing tiers other then the Retail tier. Marking up the remaining tiers is not mandatory. It is just another tool you can use to stay flexible with your pricing.

By default all customers start out on the Retail pricing tier.  You can set a customer to a specific tier level so if they order anything online they will be charged based on that specific tier level.
