Here you will learn how to reassign ALL existing contacts (customer/leads) from one sales rep to another sales rep via your website administration panel.
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to your administration panel admin.yourwebsiteaddress.com
- Click "User Roles / ACL" > "Roles" on the left hand navigation
- Click "Browse Sales Reps" on the browse roles page
- Find the sales rep you want to remove the contacts from and click "Release"
- Once completed, the released contacts will be considered "Unassigned".
- You can view unassigned contacts by going to the browse contacts page.
- To reassign the contacts to a new rep click the unassigned link displayed above
- You can assign the contacts to one rep or share the contact between multiple reps
